Phase 1 consists of eight research greenhouses on the 6th floor of the university parking garage. This is a view of the two greenhouse ranges on the 6th floor of the parking garage with the university football stadium in background and the ramp for the parking garage going right under the greenhouses. Nexus Vail galvanized steel greenhouse frames glazed with 16 mm roofs and 8mm side and endwalls of clear Deglas acrylic panels in gasketed aluminum extrusions. Pad and fan cooling with insect screening, hot water heating and Micro Gro computer controls. Phase 1 completed in 2004, Phase 2 completed in 2007
