Nexus Vail galvanized steel frames with north end of facility glazed with 2” thick insulated metal panels and housing offices, bathrooms, conference room/classroom and a head house. 4 BL2 greenhouse research cells to each side of central service corridor with screened roof vents, inside screened exhaust fans, screened cooling pads, gas unit heaters and bottom heat. Concrete floors with trench drains, greenhouse roofs glazed with 8mm Polygal twin wall sheets. Completed in 2002
